Subject : ASSISTANT MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTORS IN A.P. TRANSPORT SUBORDINATE SERVICE (GENERAL RECRUITMENT) . NOTIFICATION NO. 21/2012.
The APPSC Recruitment for the year of 2012-2013, the Applications are invited On-line through the from 22/01/2013 to 21/02/2013 (Note:19/02/2013 is the last date for payment of fee) for recruitment to the post of Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspectors in Transport Subordinate Service. A.P. Transport Subordinate Service.
Age Limit : The Age for the candidates was set as Minimum of 18 years & Maximum of 34 years as on 01/07/2012. The Relaxation will be continued for the castes stated before by the board .
Educational Qualifications :
The Applying candidates must have to hold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering of a recognized University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or a Provisional Act or a State Act or institution recognized by the UGC or any equivalent.
OR
The Submitting candidate must have to hold a Diploma in Automobile Engineering issued by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh or Technological Diploma Examination Board, Hyderabad or Any other equivalent qualification and Must hold a Motor Driving License and have experience in driving motor vehicles for a period of not less than 3 years and possess Heavy Transport vehicle endorsement. Provided that where persons with 3 years experience in driving motor vehicles are not available, persons with two years experience in driving motor vehicles may be appointed. Provided further that in case of Women, they must hold a Motor Vehicle driving license, if they are holder of Light Motor Vehicle Driving License only, they shall acquire the Heavy Transport Vehicle Endorsement within two years of their joining the service as Assistant Motor Vehicles Inspector, failing which their services will be terminated without assigning any reasons.
Syllabus :
The Examination consists of two papers, one paper consists of General Studies , and other second paper consists of Concerned Subject (Automobile Engg. Diploma Standard)
