(Civil) or M.A.(Geography) and a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Town and Country Planning from a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or Provincial Act, or Institution or Fellowship or Associate ship of the Institute of Town Planners of India or equivalent membership of a professional institute of planners recognized by the University Grants Commission .

Age Limit : The Age is to be stated the a Minimum of 18 years & Maximum of 36 years as on 01/07/2011. The Relaxation considers according to the government Orders .
